Skyline University is a privately owned university that is located in Kano. The university is the first of its kind in Kano State, being the first private university to be established and owned in the state.
Skyline University was established in 2018 when it began to operate as a higher learning institution in the state, but it was not licensed at this period until 2022, when the National Universities Commission (NUC) granted the university accreditation right.
Skyline University’s establishment can be traced to Skyline University College (SUC), which was established in the year 1999 in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The motivation and dedication in establishing Skyline University College is what transcribes the establishment of Skyline University in Kano.
