Koladiasi University is a privately owned university that is situated in Ibadan, Oyo State. The institution is founded and owned by Kola Diasi Bashorun of Ibadan, a well-known businessman and philanthropist.The institution is also known as KDU.
Koladiasi University was founded in 2016 alongside eight other new universities that same year following the university accreditation by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the Federal Executive Council (FEC). Academic activities began in 2017 for the 2017/2018 academic session, with matriculation held that same year with two faculties.
